Theo and Ken chose Cook Park in Tigard for their wedding and reception, and had the covered picnic area, in case of July showers, or for shade in case of really hot weather. The park has lots of room, lots of parking, several covered areas you can reserve for a fee, plenty of room for children to play, picnic tables and barbeques. After their wedding ceremony, Ken and Theo had a wonderful potluck reception with lots of good food on the grills. It was a wonderful marriage celebration filled with many memories of a great time with family and friends.

When Amy and Bert were looking for a venue for their September wedding, it needed to have plenty of room as Amy and Bert come from large families and it also needed to have a dramatic background that would enhance their visions for the wedding. When they found The Adrianna Grand Ballroom it was love at first sight!
As their mission statement is, "Yes Cinderella you shall go to the ball", Amy and Bert felt that this true ballroom with a U shaped balcony for ample seating would be picture perfect.The ambiance is simply stunning!
Amy and Bert had several meetings with Phillip and Linda of The Adrianna to make sure every last detail and wish was met. They were thrilled with the outcome!
It was important to them to have many events for their guests to watch and be a part of.
There were hula dancers, a slideshow that captured the meeting and evolution of Amy and Bert's relationship, plenty of dancing and most of all a memorable wedding that Amy and Bert and hoped for.

Located just off of Halsey in Gresham, this historic location is one of the remarkable destination resorts of the Pacific Northwest. Complete with painted abstract figures and old lanterns, Erika and Dixon and their guests seemed to truly enjoy the wonderful food, drinks and facilities that the Blackberry Hall provided. Everyone always raves about how beautiful the gardens and vineyards are during the summer months.

As a grandiose mansion overlooking the southwest hills, the sunset views are amazing. Chris & Nicole exchanged vows and had a large reception outdoors. The newlyweds were seen dancing all over the courtyard enjoying their wedding! The covered dancing area along with the vineyards gave the guests plenty of room to roam. Ainsworth House www.ainsworthhouse.net/ Jovana & Josh started the planning of their Portland wedding ceremony soon after their engagement. They had planned to take care of everything on their own so it was important to fulfill their dreams on a budget they could handle. Ever since Jovana met Josh so many years ago, she dreamed of a wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime wedding with the man of her dreams. They wanted a venue that was comfortable, down to earth as they are and a place where their guests would be treated to fine food, drinks and dancing. When they found the Ainsworth House in Oregon City, they know they had found the perfect venue. Owner, Kevin Yell made sure their desires were met. He also acted as their officiant. There was not a dry eye in the house as he gave a very poignant and heartfelt ceremony. The Ainsworth House & Gardens was built in 1851 as a wedding gift. Today it is a gift to Portland area wedding guests. The house has dramatic pillars and the look of a southern style mansion. The gardens act as a beautiful backdrop for pictures and the conservatory is picture perfect for your reception. There is a special brides room for getting dressed and upstairs in the study, the groom and his men can relax and get ready. Jovana & Josh couldn't have been happier with the outcome and were glad they found The Ainsworth House for their wedding ceremony. Since they had relatives and friends coming from all over the country they needed to make sure that they could find accommodations for their guests that had traveled so far to witness them get married. When they found The Fairgate Inn, Camas Bed & Breakfast, they knew their search was over. Not only is the Fairgate Inn a magnificent treasure with the grace and beauty of this Colonial Greek Revival Mansion, it also has 12 unique guestrooms so that their out of town guests could stay right at the wedding venue. Chris and Lindsay were married in the beautiful foyer and Lindsay made her grand entrance from the sweeping staircase above, this Portland bride's dream come true. Once the nuptials were over, the guests joined Chris and Lindsay below in the grand ballroom for an exquisite buffet dinner and dancing galore. After all the fun was over, Chris and Lindsay climbed the stairs and started their married life together in the Sterling Bridal Suite. The backdrop of this gorgeous mansion made for stunning wedding photographs and since the Portland weather didn't cooperate in March everyone was very comfortable inside the mansion with the rich decor and turn of the century furnishings.

Dana and Tim had a wonderful vision for their Portland wedding. They chose the McMenamin’s Grand Lodge in Forest Grove: a lovely outdoor ceremony in Catching’s Grove, a casual cocktail hour with a garden-party feel on the Ironwork’s Patio and a reception of classic elegance in the Compass Room. The wedding ideas were beautiful! The best thing about choosing the McMenamin’s Grand Lodge as their outdoor wedding venue, was the option to move indoors in the event of rain in Portland, in the summer no less. Dana and Tim made the call to play it safe and go with the indoor plan: ceremony in the Compass Room, cocktail hour in two more intimate rooms and reception in the Compass Room. Yes, it rained hard on their summer wedding day and the Grand Lodge flexibility of indoor or outdoor wedding, saved the day. Their wedding came together perfectly and full of the classic elegance of their wedding ideas. They loved every minute of their wedding celebration with their friends and family.
